  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)


  1. In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, ripe bananas, plain Greek yogurt, almond milk, and optional sweetener (honey or maple syrup).

  2. If desired, add the chia seeds for added nutrition and a thicker consistency.

  3. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk or water to reach your desired consistency.

  4. If desired, add some ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and refreshing.

  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
