  2. Our services require an investment of time and expertise, and we charge for our expertise in the field. We expect you to respect our services, and the payment for our expertise does not create any form of indebtedness or entitlement to take advantage of us.

  3. Sincerity and mutual commitment are essential for the success of our collaboration. We are committed to providing our best guidance, and we expect the same level of commitment, honesty, respect, and patience from you throughout the process.

  4. Changing your lifestyle is a gradual process that requires effort from your side. Quick fixes should not be expected, particularly for conditions such as Thyroid, PCOS, or Diabetes. Lifestyle changes involve altering habits, and realistic expectations are important. While diseases may not be fully cured, they can be effectively managed through diet and lifestyle modifications targeting the root cause.

  5. Feel free to ask questions to understand the logic behind our recommendations. We are happy to share our knowledge, but please keep inquiries within the scope of our professional expertise. Challenging us solely to satisfy ego can hinder the respectful and trustworthy relationship required for successful collaboration.

  6. Our approach focuses on improving health and promoting natural healing. If necessary, we may recommend dietary supplements to support your journey.

  7. You are responsible for your own actions and understand that we can only guide you. Compliance with the prescribed plan is crucial, as we cannot control what you consume.

  8. Full payment for the program is required at the start of the program.

  9. We do not guarantee specific weight loss programs of 5, 10, or 20 kilos. A safe and sustainable weight loss is around 2-3 kilos/inches per month. Our diet plans aim for long-term sustainability and permanent lifestyle changes, rather than temporary results.

  10. Upgrades to the program can only be made within 10 days of the start date. Downgrades are not allowed.

  11. Our programs are non-transferable. In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies, we may consider a transfer request with relevant evidence. Approved transfers will be subject to a standard transfer fee.

  12. Breaks are discouraged as they disrupt the flow of diet and lifestyle changes. However, if you need to pause the program due to emergent reasons, please contact us. Approved hold requests are allowed within specified limits depending on the program duration.

  13. If you miss an appointment without notifying us, it is your responsibility to reach out and reschedule your next appointment.       

  14. Due to the nature of our services, we have a No Refund policy. Once you have paid for a program, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
